IT As A Service came to Ugly Duck Design with a forgettable website and no real identity behind it. The rebrand starts with the mark: an enter key, the most familiar symbol in computing, standing in for the obvious answer to an IT problem. From there the brand splits by audience: red for commercial clients, blue for residential - so a business owner and a homeowner see a version of the company built for them, without the identity coming apart.
